Refunds

Due to the Digital and/or customization nature of this product, We do not offer refunds, returns, nor exchange.

Turn-Around

Once payment is received, Your order will be placed into our order queue. After we complete your requested design, We will deliver proof via email.

Turnaround time is dependent on event date and current design load. Rush order turnarounds are considered to be a minimum of 14 days, not including shipping.
